After the castle’s fall, the survivors established new settlements, which came to be known as Palang Abad and Palang Kala.

The name “Neschta” has a fascinating origin story. It derives from the term “Neschtarou,” referring to a serene river flowing through the village of Neschtroud. Locals believed the river’s water was “sitting” – tranquil and life-giving, rather than stagnant. Over time, this name evolved into “Neschta,” symbolizing the pleasant and refreshing nature of the area.
